A gloriously twirly skirt featuring a high waisted straight sheath underskirt and three circle peplums over the top.
GATHERED TUCK SKIRT
A gathered skirt with a difference - cascading tucks all the way down the skirt add texture and structure, plus the cute waistband that ties in back will have you all a flutter!
RUFFLE HEM WRAP SKIRT
A half circle wrap skirt with a gathered circular hem frill and long waist ties. This project can be made in just a few short hours, and is guaranteed to have you twirling and swishing the moment you put it on!

- What you need
Circle Peplum Skirt - Stable wovens with body and drape will give you maximum results! Cotton sateen, silk satin, linen, flannel, jacquard, lightweight denim.
Gathered Tuck Skirt - Lightweight stable wovens will work best for this skirt. Quilting cotton, cotton lawn, shirting, lightweight linen and organza will enable you to get the best results with all the tucks.
Ruffle Hem Wrap Skirt - A multitude of woven fabrics will work beautifully for this project. Light to medium weight cottons, drapey silks and viscose and soft linens are all excellent options.
